Camp is for any adult 18+ who wants to sing, dance, play, connect deeply, and rediscover joy. Camp is an inclusive, judgment-free environment that's welcoming to all backgrounds, identities, and experience levels. 

Whether you're a former theater kid, a musical lover with zero stage experience, or just someone craving fun and community, you belong at ICTC!

Nope— zero experience required! Plenty of campers arrive having never sung in a group, learned a harmony, or done choreography.  

The focus is on play, connection, creative exploration, and showing up authentically— not perfection. 

Our counselors + your fellow campers are here to support & cheer you on, every step of the way!

Schedules vary from camp to camp, but throughout our weekend together you can expect: 

• Icebreaker silliness, community connection, and intention setting 

• Daily warm-up games to get out of your head and into your body 

• Group singing sessions to learn our ensemble musical song  

• Dance sessions to learn fun and accessible choreography 

• Moments for self-reflection and growth, sharing circles, and inner-child play 

• A closing “share-case”: optional camper-created moments (think: no-pressure open mic, with room to collaborate with other campers) + our finale group ensemble number! 

• Cast party to decompress and celebrate!

Campers often leave feeling lighter, more confident, freer, and deeply connected to themselves and their new camp friends.

Camp culminates in a final “Share-Case”! This fun, low stakes performance opportunity is just for our camp community; we keep it closed to outside guests to help create a super safe, supportive, pressure-free environment.  

The finale of the share-case is an all-camp ensemble number(s) that we learn and rehearse together throughout the weekend.  

The rest of the share-case can be thought of like an open mic, with a completely optional opportunity for campers to take their moment onstage to be seen and celebrated by their camp community. This could be anything from a solo, duet or small group song, dance, poetry, comedy, instrumental, magic, storytelling, monologue, or anything you can think of! 

There is no pre-camp preparation needed– we’ll introduce the Share-Case opportunity, and give some space for brainstorming + rehearsing at camp.  

As with everything at camp, we’ll meet you right where you are and celebrate you unconditionally– whether you hop on stage or cheer from the audience :) 

Most people come solo— and leave with a whole new chosen family!

The ICTC format makes it super easy to connect quickly and deeply; it's designed for strangers to become fast friends :)

That said, we’ve had many friends, couples and colleagues join camp together, and deepen their bond through this shared, once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Camp includes a full, high energy, collaborative & interactive weekend of programming, including singing, dancing, games, and more. The team encourages everyone to take care of themselves and their bodies, whether that means taking extra breaks, and modifying or opting out of certain activities as needed.
