As adults, it's so easy to lose connection with this part of ourselves; the creative, playful, fully authentic self that we call our inner child.
We get wrapped up in life's routine busy-ness, obligations and responsibilities.
We put pressure on ourselves to only be seen at our best, and end up stuck and bogged down in our comfort zones.
We forget, or maybe don't know how or where to go, to tend to that playful song that's in our hearts.
This is your invitation to celebrate that inner child.
Musical theater, when played with in a safe, exploratory space, is a medium that allows us to feel, to connect to parts of our inner worlds and to one another, and to set our souls free through song, movement, and expression.

A former theater kid with a BFA in acting, I left the industry when the pressure and seriousness began to dim my joy. After 15 years belting alone in my car and sitting teary-eyed in the audience, I dreamed up a space where the performing arts can be a place to play, explore, and light up again, and where every one of us belongs 💛
Musical theater makes my soul feel ALIVE, and what really does it for me are the elements that are accessible to all of us.
〜 It's the connection to ourselves and one another
〜 It's the chills and liberation we feel when our voices come together in harmony
〜 It's the permission to try things on, be silly, messy, imperfect, to celebrate our authenticity, our inner weirdos, our humanity

Inner Child Theater Camp has been brewing inside of me for years as a culmination of my work as a Self Love & Empowerment Coach, retreat facilitator, and, of course, the 8 year old theater nerd who is always with me.

🎶 Music Director - here to lead you through healthy technique, joyful singing, and to help you build confidence in your unique, authentic voice. With campers of all experience levels, our music director will bring all voices together in unified, give-you-chills harmony.
🕺🏽 Choreographer & Movement Guide - with a philosophy that dance is a form of self-expression meant for every body, our choreographers love welcoming movers of all backgrounds and experience levels. They'll help you find movement that feels fun, safe, and true for YOU, while experiencing the joy of ensemble dancing.
🎉 Play & Embodiment Guide - leading with silliness and joyful energy, they'll get you warmed-up every day with ice breakers and playful practices to get you out of your head and feeling present and free. Weaving in theater games and moments of meditation, they'll help unleash creative expression, childlike play, and heartfelt community connection!
